Gateway Distriparks Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 23, 2008, inter alia, to consider following:
1. Approval of the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2008.

2. Consider payment of Interim Dividend to the shareholders.
