Matrix Laboratories Delisting of shares
Matrix Laboratories Ltd has announced that MP Laboratories Ltd a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mylan Inc.has decided to delist shares of matrix lab from indian market and will pay Rs150 max/share to common shareholder.
