Sandesh Board approves Buy-Back of equity shares
Sandesh Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 01, 2008, inter alia, has approved the proposal for Buy-back of 10,85,000 (Ten Lacs Eighty Five Thousand Only) Equity Shares of the Company.
