United Phosphorus fixes Record Date for Bonus Issue

United Phosphorus Ltd has informed BSE that October 31, 2008 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of Bonus Shares in the proportion of 1 (One) new Equity Share of the Company of Rs 2/- each for every 1 (One) existing Equity Share of the Company of Rs 2/- each.
